How to grow Hawaiian Blue Ginger:

Please plant the Blue Ginger shoot in potting soil (the kind you get from your garden shop), and keep it moist but not soggy.  Keep in in a shaded place because Blue Ginger tends to burn somewhat easily.  Consider 60℉ to 80℉ as the ideal temperature range for the Blue Ginger. Keep it fed using a general fertilizer (according to the instructions) and it will grow and grow for you.

"Blue Hawaii"

You may think of the famous movie, or perhaps the popular mixed drink of the same name. We at KanoaHawaii are plant people, so for us, we naturally think of the blue ginger instead.

Not really from Hawaii!?

What the?

Yes, we know, we have to thank the fine country of Brazil for these lovely plants. Of course, as you have probably noticed, Hawaii is a fantastic melting pot of cultures. And that's why we have welcomed the blue ginger as an ornamental.

It's pretty

Need we say more? After being in this business for more years than we care to remember, the blue ginger remains one of our popular items. We think that its prettiness is what does it.

Pretty for your home or office with some "blue hawaii" magic. Order your blue ginger today!

And remember, we are the source, so order from us and buy direct!
