Actually, Lilikoi Hawaii is not 'us,' but me, Gail Hercher. I grow lilikoi in my garden and on my fence in Honolulu, pick it in the wild, and make lilikoi desserts and drinks that I share with family and friends.
I also write about lilikoi (Hawaiian for passion fruit) and I am happy to report that my Lilikoi Cookbook will be available in 2012. You can see three recipes and some photos of the finished products elsewhere in this website.
